Your morning Wake Up Workout

Your Swimming and Yoga Workout
You will need a stick and some small (light) weights

Your new Challenge for this week is actually 2 separate challenges

1.   How many Tricep Dips can you do in 30s?

2.   How many Sit Ups can you do in 30s?
For the sit ups you may need someone to hold your feet or you can put you feet under something like the sofa. Use a mat under your back and cross your arms across your chest.
